### Fixed

- Collapse pasted text in JetBrains only after larger 15-line or 4000-character blocks, matching VS Code and avoiding over-folding ordinary snippets.
- Recover shared agent board reads when a stale or foreign cursor appears, instead of leaving a sub-agent stuck on repeated tool errors.
- Clear stopped session status before publishing status events, so reload no longer stays blocked by a session that already finished.
- Reduce unnecessary sandbox escalation prompts for read-only `git` and `gh` commands while keeping mutating commands protected.
