- Agent Manager now fetches the base branch before creating new worktrees.

### Fixed

- Kept the prompt navigator in sync with the hovered stripe and stopped following the prompt after manual scrolling.
- Preserved MCP prompt content so server-provided prompts render correctly.
- Kept edit tools available to subagents of allowlist callers.
- Mapped audio formats correctly in custom router decision input.
- Ingested PR links without requiring remote control.
