Onboarding asks what you'll be working on most and suggests Bots for that kind of work.
Team admins can invite their whole team to Grok Bot, or pick specific groups and members. (Teams)
A Setup Checklist on the dashboard walks admins through plugins, Slack, GitHub, sign-in, and inviting teammates. (Teams)
Opening an HTML file your Bot made shows a preview, with Source for the code, and links in it open in your browser.
A Cloud Agent's open button lets you choose Open in Web or Open in Cursor, and remembers your choice.
When a firewall or VPN blocks your Bot's computer, Grok Bot says it can't reach it and offers Retry.

Hourly, interval, and daily routines run on a schedule counted from when you create them.

Files you attach and dictation stay with the Bot you started them in, even if you switch Bots.

On Linux, links that open Grok Bot launch the app.
